With nearly twenty years in global development and philanthropy, Toyin leads Luminate’s Africa portfolio—driving initiatives that expand civic participation, protect civic space and strengthen information ecosystems. A Stanford Draper Hills Fellow, she’s held senior roles at the Natural Resource Governance Institute and the Wole Soyinka Centre for Investigative Journalism.
